Excitement!

This will be my very first trip to WDW and I'm already getting this little kid
feeling.
Like being in Toys R Us for the first time when I was 6.

It's not just me, my uncle has been pumped and is letting his inner child out,
my whole famile (aside from my mother) has been giddy like silly little
school children.

It's kinda funny, but are we weird for this?
Does anyone else get the "little kid" feeling of excitement?

I am giddy now and my vacation is 3 months away. I get that way everytime I go to Disney.

Kaylove - you'll have a blast. WDW brings out the inner child in us, that's for sure! I've been many times and I still get that feeling whenever I visit. I'm sure once your mom sets foot on Disney property, she'll have a great time.

Not weird at all! I hope you have a fantastic vacation with your family!!

DH and I don't go to WDW as often as I would like to. We went this past January for a short (too short!) 3-nighter and that was enough for him for another 10 years. It had been 11 years since he'd been there. I'd been there for a week with my Mom a couple years before that. I wish we'd go every 2-3 years, but he's just not into Disney as much as I enjoy it.

I'm hoping that once we reach retirement age and start spending winters in Florida that he will agree to go more often, even just day trips.

I just think there is so much to enjoy at the parks, it never gets old for me. I am like a little kid with the characters too, and love having my picture taken with Pooh and Stitch.

Go, drink it all in and enjoy it!!
