Hi everyone!

I leave for Disney this Saturday, 11/11. I'm very excited, but also a bit sad...after next week, there won't be anymore planning to do!

Hopefully I will make plans for another trip so I can keep up my Disney craziness on these forums :)

What do you mean, you will have nothing to plan?! It's a constant thing. You can't do it all in one trip, or even two, so you have to plan at least 3 trips in advance. Did someone forget to tell you that before you signed onto the DIS boards?!

HAHA, I'm definitely not planning on doing everything in one trip...the problem: where does a college student with a part time job get the money to go to Disney more than once? It might be a few years before I can plan again :confused3

Take a million pictures, then you can make scrap books, Creative Memories are the best, there is even a store for this at Downtown Disney, You can visit these books in the in-between trip times.

Enjoy! Mike P. :thumbsup2

We're leaving on 11-11, also. In the meantime, you can pray for great weather and safe travel! Pixie dust for a good time!

Ah, the secret to going many times, you being a college student, is sharing a room with 3 other friends. Take the price of a resort, even a value, and divide by 4, each would have to pay around 20 bucks a night. No where else could you get all the glitz and glamor for that kind of money. This is when the making of real good, lifetime friends emerge, especially ones who are as enthused as you are with Disney.

Good point pepe of ohio! I already know of at least one friend who is as in love with Disney as I am! Maybe a college graduation trip next summer?

I hear you! I was excited to go to Disney for our trip last month. Yet at the same time, I was sad too, knowing that it would fly by so fast. And of course, it did. We have been back a week as of today and I already miss it.

We weren't able to do all the things I had hoped to do, but in the long run that's good. It gives us another excuse to go down again :teeth:! And maybe the next time, it will be with one additional child. I'm sure our DS4 would love having a brother or sister to share it with and to show them the ropes :rotfl:

If you can swing it, add days and non-expiring feature to your tickets this trip. It will be cheaper than buying new tickets next time and you will be able to afford your next trip before you know it! If they do free dining again next year, you could go in August and get free dining. That would really reduce the food cost.

I'm a single mom, so I know all about struggling to go back.

Yup, I understand! In a way I'm glad we started planning our trip 13 months in advance because it's a longer time to have something to look forward to, but after the trip is over I'll probably be really sad. In our case it's not likely we'll be back for another four or five years. The funny thing is that we only planned our wedding for 11 months. :rotfl:

I know you'll be sad when your trip's over, but there's always Live365 & other Disney stations to listen to when you come home. :)
