Excited about going but .............

cant talk much to family or friends about it, thats why i came here at least i can talk all day here about disney, dont know if you know what i mean, cause they not going they just dont want to know, its hard for me cause im excited its my first time staying in a disney hotel , being on the dining plan too , cant wait to eat there , yes excited so i will have to vent here

thanks for the support, yes i get its alright for some and how can you afford it , i just want people to say ' oh you will enjoy that , tell me all about it' sorry for venting but at least you guys understand

I understand how you feel. My family likes Disney but are not really interested in talking about it. I don't have any friends at all that even remotely like Disney. I feel like I am alone. My one dd does love Disney but she will talk a little bit about it but only if she is going. My dh and I are going in Jan. and I was trying to get my ADR's done, deciding where to go and what time. No one was interested, not even my dh. I love to read the boards to get my fix.

Are you going solo? If so, go to the adult and solo forum, you can share your excitement with other solos. I know how you feel, not everyone understands disney excitement. You can also go to www.tripadviser.com, go to Fl,Orlando forums. There are many people there that would love to share your excitement. Many people go there to get their disney fixm including me.:

Dont worry we feel you My husband sometimes gets tired of all my Disney talks but then when I calm down he asks me why Im not more excited!! Im like make up your mind man!! Im going next week and Im excited excited!!

I think many of us have family/friends who just don't know/care about our trips. That's what makes the Dis so therapeutic

I keep saying Jan but it got changed to Feb. 6th to the 11th. My dh originally didn't want to go so I told him that it was okay. I would just go alone. All of a sudden he wanted to go. Looking forward to it.

I was just talking to someone on my baseball team that is going during free dining in Sept for a week. No ADR's just going to wing it. There are about 8 people going. She said that it would be no problem getting into restaruants for 8. We went at the same time 2 years ago and there was no way we could have gotten into the places we wanted without ADR's. I wish her luck.

i love disney and most people i know go to turkey or spain, i go america most to orlando or hawaii , now i think im going to better places if they want to go spain and be bored just sunbathing let them i feel .... im staying at disney

Have a awesome time I know what you mean, DH and I are planning our next trip for this Nov as long as DH can get the time off from work. I tell my family that we are going and that is about it. No one understands why we go to WDW so much and I don't feel like explaining it again for the millionth time. Oh well at least we always have the Disboards
