Exchanging vouchers???

Can vouchers bought from any company in the Uk be exchanged at DTD guest services? Does everybody getting tickets need to be there? After reading the voucher it implies that only the lead passenger needs to be there.
Thanks in advance for any replies. We are a party of 15 so don't want to trail everybody there if it's not necessary.

Yes you can exchange at DTD guest services, always our 1st port of call on our 1st evening.
We will be there this August collecting out Annual passes and Halloween tickets for our October trip.
You just need the lead traveller but read what the voucher says, you will probably need the credit card you paid with for proof its you, I usually have my Driving licence also.
All vouchers can be exchanged there either from UK agents or direct from Disney.
