Exchanging ressie questions

If someone has an ADR that they are no longer going to use and they agreed to pass it on to me, does anyone know how we go about getting it off of their reservation (and name) and on to ours? Thanks!

When I transferred reservations to another board member I...

*Exchanged PM's with the board member and they gave me their first and last name
*Called Disney Dining and said that I wouldn't be making it for my ADR, but wanted to transfer it to another party member's name
*Gave the CM at Disney Dining my reservation number and name, and asked them to transfer it to the other name
*Once done I PM'd the board member with their confirmation number (the number stays the same)
