exchanging qs meal for snacks

Can you trade a quick service for 3 snacks. I had read that you could. I really want to use this at the FW fest.

The food kiosks at F&W are not set up to exchange CS credits for snack credits.

There are reports that an exchange can be made at other places but it is not consistent. I have heard that you can trade a CS for two snacks but that is all hearsay.

You will not be able to do it at the F&W kiosks.

It has gotten more difficult to convert CS credits to snack credits, but some resort food courts will still let you do it. It depends on the resort and the CM. You'll have to ask the cashier if it can be done and how many snacks per CS credit (it varies from 1, 2, or 3).

Consider it pixie dust because it does say that it is not allowed in the dining plan FAQs:
Q. Can Guests substitute a table-service or quick-service entitlement for a snack?
A. No, Guests may not substitute a table-service or quick-service entitlement for a snack.

Also adding if they do exchange it that it needs to be done then and there. They won't convert credits to use later at F&W.

You can't do it at the festival booths. They will only accept snack credits, they will not accept CS credits in any form. Nor will you be able to "convert" your CS credits into snack credits for use at the festival.

The only place you might be able to do this is at resort CS. And evren then, it will totally depend on who you ask, and they might tell you something different at different places as to how many snacks you can get for your CS. This is because trading CS for snacks is NOT an official part of the dining plan.

At earl of sandwich downtown disney they let me use 1 CS for 3 snacks.
