I bought tickets to MNSSHP while on my last trip, so I have the hard ticket. I now need to change the date. Called guest services and they were more than happy to change it, but when I said I have the hard ticket, it got complicated. Tried to transfer me to another department, but instead said that since I have the ticket he can't do it over the phone and that I need to do it in person. Hard to do from WI. He said I could try calling guest relations in Disney Springs, they may be able to help.
Anyone else have this?
I have another trip planned for a few weeks before the party, so I can try to change it then, but I run the risk of the date I want selling out!! Odds are not, I'm looking at Tuesday 10/9, probably not a super popular date, but still, I've now got that to worry about.
