exchanges???

Where do I find the thread for all the exchanges going on. I have done them before and really liked doing it but I can't seem to find anything.

The index is go longer kept up
so.....you just have to keep your eye out.
I think the only one having sign-ups right now is the "Rainbow" color one.
I think some more will be starting soon.
