It was very nice 2 aunts and uncles came up for dinner, and my sister came over with my niece too. But by the time everyone left my husband was sick.

I would have to go with a 7. Definitely wasn't the most memorable and my dad was grumpy in the morning which made it unpleasant for a Christmas morning. But other than that! I had a wonderful Christmas day.

Yes, I love oysters! I've had them fried, raw, in dressing, Oysters Rockefeller! I've had them for lunch twice in the last 2 days!

Since it is the one that came to mind first, I'd have to say the death of Nelson Mandela. I feel that the passing of someone who has contributed so much to the world is a loss to all of us.

Secondly would be the resignation of Pope Benedict -- I think stepping down was the best thing he did as Pope, and Pope Francis is bringing welcome changes to the Catholic church. Not as many as I would make, but then again, no one will be voting me in as Pope in this lifetime!

I'm up on pop culture and the like, but I'm pretty much unaffected by celebrity events of any kind. I'm emotionally invested when it's someone I know. I'm not when it's through the 4th wall.

12/27- I do like deep fried oysters, and also oysters on the grill with hot sauce.

12/28- Most memorable-Paul Walkers death.

12/29-Mickey. I do like a bunch of other characters, but when I see Mickey, he is the one character that I feel resembles Disney the most, and I look forward to meeting the most.

When princess Diana died. It was so heart breaking seeing a strong woman that had such kindness in her heart that left well before her time.
