exchange through interval

I am thinking about doing a 1 week exchange to somewhere in Mexico, or the Caribbean for the week after christmas. Has anyone done any exchanges to Mexico, Aruba, Antigua, or St. Maarten? What did you think about the quality of accommodation? Did any of these have kids programs or were they kid friendly? Any information you can give me would be a help. The only other idea was a Disney Cruise but we would have to pay cash for 2 kids. Any suggestions?

Stay out of that freezing rain, Durham neighbour ! Have you thought about renting out your points and then paying for the cruise that way ? I think you would find that your points would go a lot further.
