Exchange for Aruba resort

Has anyone used points for any of the Aruba resorts listed in the DVC vacation guide?

There have been a number of exchanges mostly to the Marriott's. Costa Linda and Playa Linda are also worth considering. I MIGHT add the Renaissance in some situations. I think it depends on your resort expecations, time of year and whether you're trying to get a 2 BR or not. Most exchanges are for 1 BR units or smaller but 2 BR are sometimes available but to a much lessor extent. Xmas to mid April will be the hardest to get but Jan less than most of the rest. That higher time will be HIGH season using DVC, the rest will generally be MID season.
