exchange certificates

Hey guys, I'm so excited I have all my tickets for seaworld and Ioa for my trip. My disney resort is booked and yesterday I got my MYW tickets, except that I got two green cards that say exchange certificate. It says to exchange these cards for my two 4 day MYW tickets. Does anyone know where to exchange them? Please tell me its at the resort cause I don't want to stand in line at the parks. Thankx

You can take any exchange ticket to any ticket counter in WDW and they will issue you the actual tickets. This is so that if your tickets had gotten lost in the mail, no one could steal them, or cash them in.
