Excellant service - Owners Locker

Well we are here at VWL for our 37th WDW stay, BUT I totally forgot to book my owners locker delivery. Maybe it was because of the holiday rush, but anyway, we got here and no locker. Totaly my fault. So I called and John answered and he looked up my account and had my locker here in about a hour. Top notch service! Thanks John.

Thank goodness I'm not the only person who forgot to schedule his Owners Locker delivery! I did the same thing in early December and only realized it was a problem because I didn't get the usual Owners Locker text message on my phone when the plane landed. When I got off of the Magic Express bus John and the Owners Locker truck were already at SSR with my locker!
 
thanks for the kind words but it's not that big of a deal...our motto is to treat people the way we would like to be treated. Vacations are full of hassles and it's our job to remove as many as we can.
If you have forgotten to schedule your Locker to be delivered, so what? It's not time for a gotcha moment...it's time for us to say "not a problem."

Thanks for the heads' up, I had forgotten to order delivery for our March trip!

Taken care of now.
 
It's because of service like this that I keep my locker! I probably didn't use or keep enough stuff in my locker for it to really make sense over the last year but because of their great customer service, I'll continue to be loyal customer.

Keep up the great job, and I'll be using my locker for the first time in a year in 15 days.:cool1:
 
I really got to look into setting up an OL account someday. Maybe once we settle into a routine (new DVC owners) and have a definitive idea of what we need to store.

This is the attitude that makes your service the 'best'. I wish every service industry had your attitude!
 
We drive so we can bring things with us that those that fly can't, so we haven't had to use the services of Owners Locker. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if circumstances were different, I've read nothing but glowing remarks about them on these boards and we all know how negative these boards can be!! I applaud the person who came up with this business idea, entreprenuership at it's best.
 
Here is another example of their great service! I packed my owners locker and placed it with bell services. When I was at the orlando airport couldn't find my blackberry (which has my life in it). Hoped it was in my packed luggage. When I got home searched and searched but no blackberry so I knew it had to be in my owners locker. I contacted them and they went into my locker, found my blackberry, and mailed it to me! With all of that I had my phone within a week. I love my Owners locker!
 
The Owners Locker is a great company and offers an outstanding service with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them. :thumbsup2
