Does anyone have a great trip planning spreadsheet they would be willing to share?

Thank you!
Becky

Sorry I don't, never learned how to set up a spreadsheet. I just use Word, then make out index cards for each day.
I get a laugh every time I see "spreadsheet". I think that's my kind of planner!

Planning is half the fun!

I don't use a spreadsheet, but I do create a word document for each trip. Each day has a page with ADRs, FastPasses and any other things booked for the day. I just take that days sheet into the park. It helps me in several ways:

(1) not all reservations (like BBB) appear in MDE
(2) MDE app does have times it isn't available
(3) during meals if I'm on my phone looking at MDE kiddos feel they too need an electronic device, and we like to limit that during meals

If you PM your email i can send you what i have used. In helping to plan dining and FP I also print out maps of each park and use that to make our park time flow from one area to the next without running all over the place. It really helped to make a smooth plan that we mostly stuck to. Allow sufficient time in between attractions. The passporter book is helpful and also gives walking times between attractions, of course this will vary based on crowds. It is helpful now with the disney app to check standby times so that you can try and hit some of the other attractions that you don't have FP for.

Thank you everyone!

@kniquy I will send you a PM now. Thanks!

Wow, you guys are all way more sophisticated than I am. My wife and I hand write on a piece of paper what our vague agenda is. That's it. It literally would look like this...except written in my chicken scratch handwriting:

Monday - MK morning, HS evening
Tuesday - Epcot, "freestyle" PM (we use the term freestyle to mean let the kids pick what they want to do)
Wed - BB morning, AK evening

That's it. Our FP+ are stored on MDE, so we don't even write those down on the paper. We leave the paper in our rental house and use it as a reference guide. We wind up changing about 30% of those original plans anyway. That's just about the full extent of our actual planning. I'm so stone age... :upsidedow

LOVE it! That is how my husband plans as well. I wish I could...my OCD gets the best of me. He jokes around that he is going to make me a shirt with the spreadsheet on the back of it so that everyone will know where they are supposed to be at all times. Now, in all honesty, I use the spreadsheet to track my FP, dining, which parks/what day, park hours, etc. I know we have the My Disney Experience app but I'm old school and like having a piece of paper, color-coded in my hands :-)

I have one - it sounds similar to your planning level (OCD) - same as me :) PM me your email

Can I send my email address? I would love to see what you have.

My DW makes a spreadsheet.

I tend to memorize everything we are going to do and the MDE app is useful. lol. :)

I love to do trip planning spreadsheets! I make each day a column and then I use each row as a half hour, and I went 7am to 11pm. I block everything off for the amount of time I think it will take and color code it, plus put in a few details. ADRs include the restaurant, time, and res number. For quick service I just list the restaurant I'd like to go to. I even block off travel time to/between parks. I have park hours marked as a colored border including EMH. I don't plan our park time down to the half hour except for reservations and fast passes, but in the morning and afternoon I have listed the rides we want to hit, a few wish list items in gray, all in the rough order I'd like to do them in to maximize time around the park.
