Excel categories for road trip

We are planning a cross country trip. We'll take 2+ months to drive the perimeter of the states. (NJ to northwest, to So. Cal, east across southern states and then north back to NJ). I'm trying to figure a budget. I'll be keeping track of our expenses in Excel. What categories will I need to set up?
