EWWW I ordered some scrap stuff from QVC and hate it!

They had their big all day craft show and I ordered some letters which I love! and then on a whime, Time saverscomplete scrap book page kit with 10 themes. It looked so good and easy.. well some how I missed they weren't die cuts but stuff you have to cut out. I thought they were stickers and silly me thought it was 10-10 page kits! I even asked and thought she understood what I was asking....So now what do I do? return it? they charge a ton for shipping it here $4.47 and then to return it! Never again!

Return it to them. They will reimburse you your original postage and tax, but not reimburse you the postage it takes you to mail it back.

Really? When I called they said only if it was broken or damaged. I plan to send them back. I looked at the stuff again just wondering if I judge too harshly...NOPE! YUCK!

I have sent things back that were not broken or damaged and never had a problem. The only thing that I did lose was the return postage because they did reimburse the orginal postage. I would send it back if you are not satisfied and use the money on something that you really want.

Sure! Unless they recently changed their policy, they do reimburse you the total amount that you paid originally, including shipping and tax.

I've sent stuff back -- I just didn't like it; it didn't fit...... same policy others here mentioned.

Have you looked for it on Ebay? Possibly you could resell it and not lose the cost of return postage.
