If fully customized (you clicked customize and save for each and every individual) and you have a US mailing address, they should start processing the day after the cut off date and mailed a couple of days later. Once mailed, a notification will be added to MDE and you might receive an email from Disney.How do I know if my MB’s have shipped? My Disney Experience says customize by December 15th. Will they automatically be mailed after that?
Is there a way to have a magic band from an onsite stay NOT ever linked to the guest? We have bands from a previous onsite stay that we'd be happy to use for future trips. When my brother's family goes, they are likely to stay offsite. There's a good chance we will be staying onsite again before my brother's family goes to WDW, and I'm wondering if we could collect but not link the bands from our next trip, and let my brother link them to him and his kids later. I was thinking maybe if we didn't customize them, and just asked for the grey ones when we got to the hotel if the CM might be amenable to not linking them. But I've never done it that way, and don't know if the CM links them at check in or if they're done prior to arrival.

Is there a way to link one of my old magic bands to her ticket? Do I need to create a full MDE profile for her? Thanks!

As already stated, you can't link her to one of YOUR old bands. Do you both have an onsite stay? Then both of you will get one that's complimentary from your resort.

I live in Alabama and have my Magic Bands customized. I see a message that says to customize by April 25th to pick up at the hotel. My trip starts May 1st. Are they still shipping out Magic Bands? I've never seen that message before.
That could very well be the case. Alabama feels like a foreign country. I have customized them. It could be a glitch, a procedural change, or Disney thinks Alabama is a foreign country.Customize before the deadline and see if a shipping notice appears.

I'm having issues with customizing, as well. I have been getting the message that I can customize for pick-up and when I go to customize them, I get an 'oops' error. This has been happening for a couple weeks now.
