my friend offered us to use her time share . we will find everything out on wed. im just trying to go the best wAy and get my moneys worth . now im looking at ticket options. asyone know the best place to buy them will my aaa give me discounts??

Why are people saying they are gone?
I just checked Connections and they are still offering the vouchers
for 11.50 each. :earsboy: :rotfl2:
I do think that they expire in May.

I just called me and they said that they have been discontinued. If you can order some, you should do it...if you have a use for them. Does is show up on the order form?

I think Dealpass, Connections, and Hotwire are all the same company. I have actually talked to the same guy when I have called the different companies looking for vouchers. Simple Escapes may be a part of them too. I don't have the Connections number, but did find it on their site...Look under benefits and it is listed several times in there.

3 days to go!!! :cheer2:

Anybody hear any updates on the crowd situation for February??

Hmmm... this thread has gotten me very confused. My mom & I are going to WDW in May and just booked earlier in the week. We went through AAA to get our hotel & dining. We purchased meal vouchers (3 per day - 1 snack, 1 counter service & 1 full service) for $37 per person, per day. Is this different than what everyone else is talking about, or did we get ripped off?

DId you also get admission tickets? Did you get the Magic your Way package plan?

We purchased 2 nights at the Pop Century, 1 day Park Hopper and then 3 days of this mystery dining package. She didn't have too much information about it... other than I could use it at over 100 restaurants. I went ahead and got it because it sounded like a good deal, and didn't want to be kicking myself later for not having it.

Magic Your Way slightly sounds familiar, but then again everything Disney related has names that sound like that ;)

That is a different plan. The meal vouchers that everyone is talking about are no longer available. They were for 1 counter service meal. The magic your way is the new ticketing plan, and with this they offer a meal plan as well, which I think is what you purchased.
We leave in 2 nights........better go overpack.

My suggestion is, before buying the vouchers, look at menus around the world. You get all the updated prices for all of the places to eat on disney property. Not sure of the exact address but I always google it when I want to check it out. It only has everything on Disney property. Very helpful, and I am quite regretful that I didn't check it out last year prior to purchasing meal vouchers from e-bay which were way over priced. It's a free website so it doesn't cost to be informed.

thanks everybody,Iwas able to purchase some from a friend for 13.00 each I will do my homework and eat at the best places with them with a family of 7 everylittle bit helps

Brika,

The days of buying these for $11 are over. The only ones left are the ones on eBay.

I sure am going to miss these vouchers as they let us try things we would have never purchased a la carte.

Are we absolutely 100% sure that they will not be selling the vouchers in the future? They still we be offering them to the large groups that attend different events at DW and isn't that what the ones that were being sold to individuals were for? I also can really use some with expirations after June! Had it all figured out, Disney keeps messing with me.

These are going for crazy prices. Someone sold four on a dutch auction on ebay and got $40 each. Crazy. I would honestly feel guilty if someone paid that much.

We got $30+ worth of food both times for the two we used, so I think if you pay $20 you can do alright.

wow- I should put mine up on there. Someone is gonna be mad when they get to WDW and realize they got ripped off. Maybe they thought they were getting all 4?

Yeah, maybe they thought they were getting all 4 - but several people asked for fewer than 4 - and they are consistently going for over $20 a piece now. I'm gonna hold off selling my few for a little while. There can't be too awful many floating around out there...

I don't know what I would do if someone tried to pay some crazy amount though - I would honestly feel funny about it - I'm not a rip off kind of person. Can you set an upper limit? I don't think youcan.

You can set up a Fixed Price Auction. You set the price and people could just purchase the vouchers for that price. That way there's no bidding war and the price doesn't get inflated to an embarassingly high amount.

I don't know either. I was tempted to put mine up on ebay, but I have never sold before so don't feel comfortable. I also have a ton of Kellogg Kash that is going for about 50 cents each on ebay. I guess I should figure out how to do it so I can get rid of this stuff. I can't use it cause it all expires before we go back.
