Everyone need to sign?

I haven't quite decided what to do yet. I mainly wanted to surprise DH on Christmas Day and I'm certainly hoping my points come thru before then.

I will likely add my younger daughter on when she turns 18 (just over 2 years from now). I already had to let my 19 yo know because she has the toughest schedule to plan around and I needed to make sure she still wants to vacation with us. So, I've actually considered just putting it in my name and D19's to start. The girls sometimes go off on their own (one would have membership) leaving DH with me (having membership). I do all the upfront planning, etc. Would there be any times / reason DH not having a membership card would create a problem?

Surprise! I bought this without you and your name's not on it. Ha ha!! Seriously though, he won't care.

Adding adult children is often a bad idea. You’re giving them a financial asset and obligation, not just “membership.”

And their partners will want a say, after all they will be part owners, you can't remove them from the deed without them signing.

It should be but sadly, many don't list all their assets.
