...... figure out an adjective out of these letters? This is a 5th grade homework question, and none of us can get it!

I'm usually pretty good at word scrambles, but I just can't make anything out of this.

Any help would be appreciated! I'm not planning to tell my DD the answer, just plan to point her in the right direction - but it's driving me crazy that I can't get this!
