Everest-Pal Mickey?

I was wondering, now that Expedition Everest is up and running does the new (HCOE) Pal Mickey say anything about it? I haven't been to Disney since last December so I thought maybe he now said something about Everest.
Only 21 more days!

As I understand it, Pal Mickey receives up to date info when you pass through the turnstiles at the park entrances with him, so I would think that he might have something to say about Everest.

Not if the attraction was not finalized at the time a given Pal Mickey "version" was being built and programmed.

He does not receive new "sayings" via IR transmissions in the park.
He only gets new "CUES" of WHEN to say the things he is already programmed to say.

His "recorded voice" sayings are all already on the "chip" inside Mickey.
If he was never "told what to say" by the programmers, he can't say it.
