On the receipts from your purchases in the parks there is a phone number and email address for you to be able to order things (as well as business cards from DD), I was wondering if anyone had ever called or emailed an order in. Do you have to have a UPC or do you just describe what you want...??? Any help would be great
:confused3

I ordered a rolodex I wanted for work & didn't get when I was there. I just described the item & told them what store I had seen it in. It came promptly & was exactly what I wanted. I paid thru the teeth for it, but I love it. The S&H was outrageous.

I called once to order some wine bottle stoppers we saw while at WDW but did not purchase while there. I discribed them to the fellow who said he located the number, but when the box came it was 2 bottle openers. But we liked them too so kept the bottle openers and waited till the next trip to get the stoppers.

I called and ordered a Pal Mickey for My DD's birthday! shipping was $10 bucks but she's dragging him around the house wait till she gets to Disney! :Pinkbounc :rotfl2:

I called to order an Illuminations CD because I had lost mine. It does cost but when your desperate it can be worth it!

I have used several times and only once could they not find the item. I think it depends how detailed the description was put in the computer and how generic the item is. I bought gold Mickey Earrings in MK, was able to describe them and send a photo (I lost one). They could not get it (thankfully a nice Diser did). Gold Mickey earrings was old that was in the computer so the addiional detail I could give didn't help. He had tooo many choices and for some reason couldn't call the store. Otherwise its been fine. Shipping is no worse than a catalog.

I diagree. I paid 8.95 S&H for an $18 photo album! I still went ahead and ordered it because it was the 2005 logo one and I regretted not getting i twhen I was there. No problem at all describing what I wanted and then they read me the descriptions of all photo albums so I could decide. Very nice to work with.
