Ever stayed at Best Western Lakeside?

My sister and her family are booked at Best Western Lakeside, while we are at Coronado Springs. It's only for the first 2 nights, until we all move over to OKW. Anyone ever stay there? What is it like and how far is it from CSR? Thanks...

it is old.

stayed there when it was the Shearton and then when LQ.

since BW does not allow pets at this location - probably won't again.

it is a good location - then can turn right to US 192 - turn right go in the Quality Inn west (next hotel down) - go thru the hotel - then turn right again - on black lake road - it deadends at Shertberth road turn left - and it quits on disney property (okay it does not quit - just only allows CM to go further) turn right again - tell them to take the All star exist - and CSR is up the road a bit.

Thanks very much. Luckily, sis isn't picky at all...they were thinking of sleeping in their vehicle the first 2 nights!! So she will see it as a step up from the truck. I think it will make her really appreciate OKW! Thanks for the directions, too.

Well, it is an older property, but it isn't worn out, dirty or tacky. I think your sister will like it just fine. It gets pretty good reviews on TripAdvisor. For the $$, it is a great value.

I've stayed there twice and will again in a few weeks. I love the convenience of the place. There is a fridge in each room. The location is quiet. I got it on hotwire for about $30 a night.

Wow! We thought she did good getting it for $54 a night tax included. I'm glad to see DISer's have stayed there before and liked it enough to go back.

We got it for $34/night for 10 nights starting MLK weekend on Hotwire. We're looking forward to our stay there.

We have stayed there too and it was decent and clean and the perfect place to stay when you are going to be at the parks all day. The fridge in the room is handy.
