Ever possible to upgrade tickets after you leave?

We debated upgrading our MYW tickets to PAPs while we were there a couple of weeks ago but decided not to because we thought at best we'd be breaking even. Now I'm looking at another trip in January for the marathon and the PAPs would definitely be worthwhile. Is there any chance I could call and have my expired tickets retroactively upgraded?
