Ever ordered from Houzz? Reviews please!

I am interested in a cabinet that seems to be out of stock everywhere else, but happens to be in stock on Houzz.

I've never ordered from them before. Has anyone on here? Reputable site? Good experience? Bad experience?

I used Houzz for a previous client. Its basically a social media platform for interior design / home furnishings / home improvement.

Think of Facebook, where company's set up a page and advertise and sell their products. When you buy something, you are buying from the company, not Facebook. Houzz is the same.

The cabinet you are looking at, check which company it is and then go to their website. There should be contact details on their Houzz profile.

I just bought a bunch of outdoor lanterns for my patio. I was very happy with the purchase. Shipping was pretty quick and I received emails updating me from order confirmation though delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

yes Hoouz is basically a distribution platform, just the same as Facebook, except it focuses on interior designs, furniture, home furnishing, and home improvement sellers.

Thank you! I looked up the reviews from the company of the cabinet on Houzz &, while the actual cabinet gets great reviews, the company got mostly lousy reviews Not sure I want I want to risk dealing with poor customer service if it arrives damaged. It's on backorder on a bunch of other sites till end of June, so I think I'll wait.
