ever meet someone in person that you met online?

today me & my sister met a girl that we've been talking to for about 5 years online (we met on neopets lol)
she was visiting Toronto for a concert so we decided to meet up (both of our parents went along and they got along great too!!)
We did a bit of sightseeing and it was amazzzzing!

It was our first time meeting in person and it was like we'd been friends for ages.
We always talk online and on the phone but meeting in person was fantastic!!

we're probably going to meet up again in WDW in august.

I met her and a few other girls on neopets like FIVE years ago, and we all have just kept in really close touch, two of the other girls have met in person and now they are like bFFs!
When we meet again in WDW one of the other girls will be there too!!


So have you guys ever met a friend from online? how'd it go

Yeah.
On my cruise in April, I met Lovestoscrap and her family, and patsal and her family. I had been talking to Loves daughter and patsal's son for a couple of months before the cruise, so it was cool to finally neet up.
It was fun, except for the seasickness.

Nope. My mom has thought when she was on the DIS alot. She doesn't come on that much though. I've met their kids too.

Actually, I think I might've met Jenny before I was on the DIS.
And I've met Norah and her mom and sibs.

Anyhoo. I haven't.

I really want to meet a couple of friends I talked to a few years ago. They got me through rough times. One lives in Poland, and the other lives in Malaysia. I'm probably never going to meet them as I've lost touch with the Malay one, and the other I don't know where I'd meet her.

And I'm determined to go to WDW the same time as Shelby someday xD *** she's awesome.

And someday I'm going to go visit Jamie xP

I've met a ton of DISers. Eeyorefan1 and me met up a couple times in September and we spent MNSSHP together. It was a total blast! I also have a couple different DISmeets and ran into a few random DISers.

Yeah, I did. I met her on Deviantart or an Oekaki (I forget) like 5 years ago. She lives in Orlando so we met in Disney World, twice.

Also, I've met people in person that I met over myspace, but they all lived within 10 miles of me.

I think I might be meeting one of my friends who lives about 3 hours away next Saturday.
