Ever had a bad cast member?

ROFLMAO. . .the train bathroom story is TOO funny. Okay, so this past weekend I saw a few castmembers that DIDN'T smile. . .and I was totally pissed that I had to trek the entire park to get in line during early admission to see Nemo and Friends. . ., however, I was on the first sub of the day and the line queing worked brilliantly. So all in all it was a great experience and EVERYONE said happy birthday to my son all weekend. . .great job.

we have encountered several bad or rude cast members, now we are APers, although we are from out of town and stay on property when we go. I have been going to DL for about 30 years at least 3 times a year. We have been on 4 cruises and been to WDW 5 times. I would say we have interacted with thousands of cast members including the phone reservations ect... If we have even seen 50 bad CMs (which would be way high) that would be about 2%...that is 98% positive which is an A in anyones book. Even the best companies, churches and public service would strugle for that grade.. just keeping it perspective.
