Ever Eat at Pinocchio's Village Haus?

Columbia Harbour House is our favorite lunch spot at Magic Kingdom (followed by Pecos Bill). Looking for something a little different next trip.
Any comments on Pinocchio's? Obviously, we're not looking for anything super special or fancy....a quick cheeseburger will do just fine. I noticed a "Monstro's Turkey Sandwich" on the menu. Any good?

To me, Pinocchio's and Pecos Bill are pretty much the same. We usually eat at both - depending on where we are in the park at lunch time. Pinocchio's has the same fixin bar as Peco Bill.

The food is good but the biggest draw is how big the restaurant is inside. I like eating and watching the boats from ITASW go by thru the big window. That's about as close as I ever get to ITASW, BTW!!!

I have eaten there, and thought it was gross. In my opinion one of the worst fast food places in MK. The lines are usually very long, because it is so easy to see. My daughters hot dog, had a weird green tinge to it. I much prefere the Columbia Harbor House which tends to be less crowded.

My sister and I ordered only Figaro Fries there in February, as we'd read on these boards that they were great. It's true! We went back later in the afternoon to get more and the counter service was closed. How disappointing. My DH and I are going in September and I can't wait to eat more Figaro Fries!

What are Figaro fries?

I may not know all of the ingredients - but I went there just to get the figaro fries last year since everyone talked about them on these wonderful boards.

They are fries with cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, bacon and I think drizzled with either a ranch dressing or something white like a liquidy mayo - I know my description makes it sound crazy or not so appealing but the combo was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I have eaten the turkey sandwich as well since I like turkey and get sick of the burgers.

I have eaten here one time where it was gross - but about 4 other times where it was great. Last December - it was great! Going back for more this year.

The turkey sandwich is very good. It is pretty big and enough to share if you wanted to add the figaro fries.

Do people ever go upstairs to eat? I went up there once, just to see what it was like, and there was NO ONE up there-and yes, the area was open.

I had a salad there once that was really good. I think it had grilled chicken and mandarin oranges in it. Every time I've been back though, I always go for Pecos Bill or the Harbor House! They are just better for some reason...

I agree about the salad- it is really good and refreshing when you are sick of chicken tenders!!

I have also snuck upstairs to eat.......nice and away from the crowds!

Overall, it was very enjoyable and will go back again!

We love eating at Pinocchio's! They are one of the few "fast foods" that have veggie burgers! I love their fixin' bar & everytime we have went, it really is not that busy!
