I'm trying really hard to remember what the CM rate was on the previous years Alaskan cruises. I know inside cabins were $110/night/person for the first 2, then 25% off for additional guests in same cabin. I'm trying to budget so that we can possibly take one of these cruises.
Anybody happen to remember pricing on ocean view or verandah?
Thank you!

The prices vary and of course the rates are not available on all the Alaskan cruises. The May 24, 2014 Alaskan was $135 pp per night for oceanview (9 night cruise). The Inside was $110 pp per night.

The June 9, 2014 was $160 pp per night for Verandah (7 night cruise)

I read that off the SA list that I saved from last year. I don't have all of them but the two I had showing Alaska had the above rates. Not every category (inside, O/V, verandah) may be available on an SA cruise.

I don't remember what the 3rd/4th person was but I thought it was more of a discount than just 25%, unless you mean 25% off the 1st/2nd CM rate (not the full price rate).

The 9 night cruise had government taxes and fee additional at $100 per person. They did not list the 7 night cruise govt taxes and fees but probably a little less per person.

These were from the CM SA list of March 26, 2014 so about 8 weeks before the May 24, 2014 cruise was the discount announced. The June one was announced later.

We did DCL Alaska in August 2011 (no CM rate) and had a fantastic time. It would be even better on a CM rate!!)

This is extremely helpful!! Thank you so very much. :)

And yes, I meant 25% of the CM SA rate for the 3rd/4th guest.

I've been watching the last few Alaska seasons, and noticed it's generally the first two (the 9 night and first 7 night), along with the last sailing that give these rates.

Again, thank you so much!

Oh dear....I was hoping an Alaskan CM rate might open for either the late June or late July dates as I'm a teacher full time, but based on what you saw previously....maybe it won't. :(

Sadly, I don't think so :(
I've been watching for 2 seasons, and I've only seen the 3 I previously mentioned. Alaska sells too well I guess.

I went in June/July 2012 the second year they did the cruise and the only one that went out of Seattle WA it was slightly over $1,000 per person in a balcony room. Last year I wanted to go again but never saw the rates show up.

They were definitely there last year! Just keep checking for this season. :)
