ever been injured?

i am sitting here with a bad back after a ill advised decision to carry a heavy object for a family member i was thinking good job it was not as i was prepairing to go to orlando.not to make this depressing has anyone injured themselves in a comical way on a trip to disney which you can laugh at now

Yes, in 2004 the day after we got back from Florida I fell down the stairs and fractured my ankle - another 3 weeks off work followed.

On a slightly less painful note I did slip on the Peter Pan ride, the moving walkway bit, whilst holding Josh's hand, a bruised knee was the result.

Yes - I fell off a curb in MK during the MNSSHP Parade and broke a bone in my foot

Silly me didn't look where I was stepping even with all the warnings about reduced lighting. It hurt at the time but we do laugh about in now

I turned my head when someone left the Food Rocks Theatre in the middle of the show in Epcot and completely put my neck out. I was completely unable to move my head in either direction and really suffered with it for a whole week. The flight home was ghastly.

Worse than that though, was when I had to cancel a wonderful three week holiday to the Far East, the DAY BEFORE we were due to go, because I put my back out and had such terrible Sciatica.

I suffer from several injuries incurred while I was an active duty Marine... I have a bad knee, problems with my hip (dependent on weather), and a dodgy shoulder... pain and I are old comrades.
