Ever any special rates on SW from Phoenix?

Hello!
Can anyone tell me if SW ever has those incredible deals I see posted here from Phoenix to Orlando? How can I find out about them, and how far in advance do they book? Not planning a trip until next summer, but want to get a jump on a good airfare rate if possible! Thanks for any help!
