Evening shows?

We're going to Universal in a couple weeks. The last time we were there was 2013. I remember some kind of projection show with fireworks around a fountain in the evening. Is there any kind of evening show going on now?

Maybe you are thinking about the Universal Cinematic Spectacular show. This closed in October 2017. There are plans for a new nighttime lagoon show. However, no additional details seem to have been announced.
