Evening magic hours magic kingdom question

Is it true that the jungle cruise and splash mountain are closed during evening extra magic hours? I could have sworn they were open, but then the park used to be open later in previous times and I guess maybe we didn't really stay for the 12am to 2am extra magic hours.

I know Splash was closed for EMH the night before Thanksgiving in 2015 - I was not prepared for that since we had saved it to ride specifically during EMH so it was a shock. We ended up over on Pirates in the front row and I got wetter there than I ever did on Splash so we considered it a good alternative.
