Evening Magic Hours and Crowd Impact?

I know most here advise to skip the park that has EMH, because it builds crowds. I'm wondering, do evening magic hours at MK build the crowds much in the morning? Or does it not really affect the crowd much until later in the day/evening, since people would head into the park later, since it'll be open later?

While PM EMH can be great and crowds are lower late at night when EMH extends the park until 11pm or even later, many people will go to the park which has EMH and then not even stay that late. Since so many people don't get hoppers, the park with EMH is almost always busier throughout the day.
