Evening EMH?

HI,
I am new to the evening EMHs. I was just reading the WDW website and it says evening EMHs are when parks are open "up to 3 hours later". So does this mean the park could only be open 1 hour later?

It is my understanding that they are always open 3 hours later on evening emh. I agree that the wording leaves it open for interpretation but I have never heard of them doing otherwise. Early EMH is always 1 hour before official park opening.

We were there 2 weeks ago for 12 days. Each of the parks was open for 3 hours after "normal close" on its night. MK closed at 2 AM , Epcot at midnight, etc. MK was open late 2 nights each week, the other parks only one night each week.
