DHS EMH is a great time to get fun photos, especially in Streets of America. My sister, cousin and cousin-in-law, had a great time doing this during an EMH. That was one of my favorite things that I have done at WDW as we just had so much fun.

Yes, but I think you have to use up your 3 FP+, then get 20 more in park FP before it is available. I could be wrong though.
