Evening EMH during Flower and Garden?

Hi All- I am just sitting down to get organized for our upcoming March vacation. Does anyone know if the food booths will be open during evening EMH during the Flower and Garden festival. We LOVE eating and drinking our way around the countries during F&G but have never gone during EMH.

Booths generally close when IllumiNations begins (Epcot regular closing time.).
