Evening EMH at AK

Okay, I swear I searched, and I didn't find any information about evening EMH at Animal Kingdom. Has anyone been? What have your experiences been? Have the lines been long? Has Expedition Everest been open? How late is the park generally open?

Thanks in advance for your answers. I know everyone is tired of EMH questions, but I really DID search for this.

I have not been to AK EMH in 2006 yet (ie with Everest open) but I went to AK EMH last September and it was great! Not super crowded. The park was open until 8pm -- we rode the safari twice, did bugs life and dinasour a couple of times. AK EMH is one of my favorites!

I am sure that Everest is now added to this list.

I will be returning this Sept. for the EMH.

8pm is still pretty early compared to EMH at the other parks which goes until 11 or 12am.

PM EMH's are always 3 hours past the posted closing time of any park.

EE is open for EMH.

I've been to eve EMH at AK twice, one time since EE opened. Lines were very low, or even non-existent both times. Specificaly, EE did have a line, but it was only about 15 minutes long at around 6:15. Both times regular park closing was at 5:00; EMH was til 8:00. KRR was a walk-on both times, KS was about a 5-10 minute wait (It was open for part of EMH). For food, FTBBQ and Pizzafari were open until 7:00.

We did evening EMH at AK in Feb and it was just enough time to see FOTLK, grab a bite to eat, take a peaceful walk around the park in the dark, and ride EE over and over and over again. Since it was early Feb, it was too cold to ride KRR and KS was closed cause it was dark.

With not a lot being opened I was worried about not having enough to do during the evening EMH, but we had a blast and could've stayed longer if they'd let us.

Which night are EMH at A.K. Do they stay basically the same nights year round I am going next April/May. Help neede on planning what day to do A.k to be there for E.M.H????

The (short) history of EMH is that it changes all the time.

Even if you were to look at last year's EMH schedule, there would be no guarantee of it being anything like THIS coming year's EMH schedule.

Disney posts hours and EMH's approx. 6 months in advance.
Even then, all times are subject to change as the actual dates get closer.
