Greetings!

We'll be at WDW this May, and it'll be the first time we've been there since the evening EMH was in effect. I've read about the effect that EMH has on a park, but the idea of being at AK when it's all lit up is very tempting. However, in looking at the WDW web site, it doesn't seem like there's a lot open at night: Dinosaur, the Whirl and the Spin and a show or two.

Has anyone been to the AK during evening EMH, and if so, how was it? Were the crowds bad? Was it worth it?

Thanks so much!
Be well.

We enjoyed our EMH at AK--we rode Dinosaur over and over and Whirl. There was a late showing of Lion King and of Tarzan. Tough to be A Bug was open. Crowds were very light--this was the Sunday before MLK day, and MK was busting at the seams that day.

Will have to try this on our upcoming trip, sounds like fun. :flower: :flower: :sunny: :earsboy:

Don't know if it's a regular thing, but they had Kali open for the 1st part of AK emh evening back in early Feb.

When we were there in January, only Dinoland, ITTBAB and Festival of the Lion King were open. No Africa or Asia.

It was neat seeing AK in the dark. I made the comment to my family. Crowds were very light.
