Evening EMH and fastpass question......

So do they have fast pass in action during the evening EMH or not and how do they work it? Does it get turned back on at a certain point so only hotel guests get the fast passes for that time...Or is there no fast pass for those few hours.

we went second week of jan. and there were very few times that they were even giving them out as the parks were so empty during the day, so i can't imagine they had them going for just emh!!

We were at the Magic Kingdom's EMH on Wed. night (3-30-05) and they were not in use during this time. The lines for the rides were very long and we did not stay very long. I would rather get a fast pass during the day then wait in those long lines.
