I apologize in advance, I am a Disneyland novice.

We are interested in visiting Disneyland in late September. Once Disneyland switches to Halloween mode, what is typically offered (on standard days) in terms of parades, fireworks, World of Color, and Fantasmic!? We also hope to attend the Halloween Party one evening. What is typically offered during the party, in terms of special shows, parades, etc.?

Late September is generally considered non-peak season, which means nighttime entertainment (and hours) are reduced on weekdays (Mon to Thu). Fireworks and F! are typically only offered on the weekends (Fri to Sun), but WoC is usually presented nightly. It's not known what will happen with PtN at this point.

Historically there has been an exclusive parade and fireworks show for MHP, but there are rumors that the party might move to DCA this year. They parade could move to DCA, but not the fireworks. I don't know if that means an exclusive WoC for MHP or not. They usually announce the MHP dates in mid-summer (July) at which point we should know more about what will be offered.

Sad to hear of no F! during the week. But we should be there at least Friday evening, so hope to catch it.

This is where it really depends on when MHP start and where it's located. If they don't move the party to DCA and if it holds to a similar schedule from the past, then there probably won't be F! on Fridays in late September because DL will be hosting MHP. So it really depends on the MHP schedule.

Good point!

Last September, we went on the Friday when GG and HM reopened with their Halloween overlays. There was WoC, Fantasmic!, some other parade during the day (I forget which one), and a fireworks show. There wasn't anything during the week that I can remember, but it was a madhouse and at one point we couldn't move anywhere when the firework show was going on and with everyone trying to get over to their viewing area for F!.

I'd imagine there is a mad rush of locals/AP holders to see the newly installed decorations each year.
