Evening Activities in Kissimmee??

My wife and i will be staying at the Radisson Resort Parkway in Kissimmee and are wondering if there are any "can't miss" evening activities there? Either restaurants, bars, clubs..... Also, we wont be renting a car so any walkable reccomendations would be cool too!

I think Old Town is within walking distance and is packed with old cars on Sat evening. We love going there ald walking round the shops. The skycoaster is great for watching as well as taking part.
