The parks close at 9:00pm while we are there. What kinds of activities can you suggest for a mom and her dd14 in the evenings?

:lmao: Well due to the time difference we just start getting going at 9pm:eek: I really do need some suggestions:goodvibes

City Walk is geared more towards adults. If you had a car I could give plenty of suggestions. All I can think of besides people watching and listening to the bands at city Walk is to either go for a swim or see a movie.

im going to highjack this question myself.... we will be going at the end of march and will be taking 2 18 year olds with us.. Will they be able to go in the clubs with the adults(21+).... Just so long they don't drink? What else could we do with them.. we are not staying onsite but we are about 2 miles from US..... Any Suggestions.

I believe the only clubs they let 18 year olds in after 9pm are Rising Star and Margaritaville.

Well it looks like we will come home well rested. It is a holiday after all:goodvibes

We may need the rest as we are arriving on Memorial Day and well HP...and you know the rest:eek:

How about going to see Blue Man Group? Not sure what time the shows are, but that would be fun to do! Show is Excellent!!

I think even Rising Star is 21+ only; they card at the door, and don't seem to have anyway of IDing minors vs. those over 21.

Groove used to do the occasional teen night, but haven't heard it mentioned on the radio in ages.

There really is kind of a hole for teen nighttime entertainment in Orlando--even if you had a car, wouldn't make much difference (malls close at 10, was my only other thought). Basically have movies or the pool...or TV.

Not sure if you have a car...
But, what about go-carting and miniature golfing?

Whoever answered "sleep" obviously doesn't have teenagers. We ran into this same problem at WDW last November with DS16 and DD13.
You'll probably find there are other people around the hotel, internet, or just walking around City Walk with be fun.
Good luck! My son would come back to the hotel room about midnight...
