Even Disney got locked out of their system

Was having no success linking Military tickets this morning. So instead of going crazy, I called Tech Support. We got 2 tickets linked, and then trying to decide if 0 was zero, or a O(letter), they got locked out of the system. So now I have to wait 24 hours. There are 24 other letters and 9 other number they could use, to solve this problem, you would think Disney could figure that out!
