EVC rentals @ WDW

We just got back (within the last two weeks) from 10 days at WDW (8 @ the parks). I rented ECV's at the parks... they were $40.00 a day and when returned, they gave you $5.00 back. The catch is... there is only a limited amount per park and when they are gone... that's it! Before Labor Day I was stuck at Epcot using a wheelchair because there was none available to rent. After Labor Day I never had that problem, however, as were were staying at a WDW Resort (Saratoga Springs), we learned to get up, take the first bus, and arrive at the opening to ensure getting one. They are nice, easy to use, and make the Parks enjoyable for those of us with mobility issues! They are worth the money, and I am usually quite "thrifty"!
