EVC availability during Halloween party

Hello. Planning on arriving at 4pm for the Halloween party. What are my chances of getting an ECV at that time? I figured that the turnover of people I hopefully will get one. Thank you for any help.

remember the parks does not close til 6pm plus those ECVs would be used all day with no time to recharge for you. what would be your plan B if needed?

Sit and wait for one to be ready. If I have to I can make it into the hub and sit. Fingers crossed.

years ago I remember waiting for one around 4 pm and it was a long wait as most were coming back low on power and had to wait for one to charge and it was a list where I was like third on. was probably about 6 pm before one was ready for me

We bought a park reservation for the day. So I will be there at opening...No more stressing.
