Does anyone know about this at all? Have read about a service whereby they will check you in to your hotel on the train and give you your park passes. Apparently there is a baggage service to your hotel also. Called Eurostar and Disney who both seemed to now nothing about it. Is it still in operation. We have booked the Direct DLP Eurostar.

It is still in operation, its £15 per person and basically you either check in on the train or at Ashford at the Disney Express desk. You will recieve your park tickets and any other vouchers you have booked with Disney etc.... Then when you get off the train you hand your bags in with the Disney Express desk and they take it to your hotel so you can go enjoy the parks, and means you can get your hotel key later.

Hope that makes sense.

DW and I always use this service as it means we can go stright to the parks. I did a write up of the service in my last trip report.

Yeah we used it last weekend, highly recommend and can back up that it is £15 per adult, dont know why Disney said they no nothing about it, I phoned them an added it to my booking only two weeks ago!!!! if you have brought a package through Disney it will be included anyway, its only if you have booked Eurostar seperately you will need to add it.

Check in at Ashford they had a desk and gave us our tickets and vouchers there also my son got a eurostar disneyland satchel with some colouring stuff inside.

Thanks for that. Rang back Eurostar and they said it was run by Disney and that I would get the service free if I had booked a package with them. I did book a package, but did the eurostar booking myself on their website. Hope this means I am still entitled:confused:

Can't wait to go now but just realised we will arrive the day before Bastille Day. Looks like that Tuesday will be a bit of a write off.....crowds must be mental on this day. Still, hotel has a pool:lmao:

If you booked Eurostar seperate to your hotel booking then its not included and you will need to call up Disney (number will be on your booking confirmation) and add it on at £15 per adult. They will then have your luggage labels for Disney Express available alongside all your vouchers, park tickets and documents when you arrive at either Ashford or London (there is a seperate desk with Disney Express written on it).

Hello,
Do you know how much they charge per child?

If you add it on to your booking, you will only recieve luggage tags on board the train or at Ashford and you will pick up your tickets etc once you get to the train station in Marnee la Vallee at the Disney Express desk.

I think it may depend on when you add the disney express to your booking. I added mine a couple of months after i booked the package with Disney and fully expected to get my park tickets at Marne la vallee.
When i got to ashford i went up to the Disney Express desk on the off chance and there were my luggage labels and park tickets waiting for me.:goodvibes

I added mine 2 month before departure..... :confused3 I was hoping to get them at Ashford, would of saved me some time and hassle lol.

They dont charge for a child, its just £15 per adult. I added mine two weeks before travelling and everything was waiting for me at Ashford (tickets, breakfast voucher, luggage tags, bufallo bill tickets).
