Ok.... I was thinking about going to Europe June or July (Don't know where yet, I LOVE to many places there) and I was wondering when is the best time to book plane tickets and get a really good deal on them? Right now all the deals going on only last through March.

Thanks

I would definitely try for June rather than July...typically July & August are the most expensive months to fly to Europe. Also most Europeans take Holiday during those months which means larger crowds. You won't find the deals like in the spring.... $600 is a deal for the summer months.

Have you checked Delta's website yet?

June 15 is the official start of "high season" for trans-atlantic travel. If you are a student or a teacher, pm me for information about the travel agency I worked for for 2 years that has awesome deals for students & teachers.

I would be going with my daughter who is a student.
I have been looking at plane tickets and right now they are an average of $1500 per person :confused3
I was thinking Maybe London,Copenhagen,Ireland,Florence, or Helskini.
I know I want to go to a lot of places but I would have to decide!
Thanks so much!

Though I am no longer a travel agent, I still keep up with prices of airline tickets. I think that $1500 sounds rather high, unless you are trying to fly during peak season (after June 1).

One way we always helped our customers find great fares to some of those harder to reach cities (Helsinki, Copenhagen, Florence, etc.), was to have them fly into a large city such as Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, London, maybe Rome and then catch separate flights on a separate ticket to their destination, using either a major European carrier (such as Lufthansa, Virgin, or British Air) or else a budget airline (EasyJet or Ryanair), though the budget airlines do have severe luggage restrictions.
