I got my $15 from etour for ebates. Is there a minimum purchase? Do I have to spend $15 to get $15? Does that include shipping?

i don't think there is a minimum purchase!

i have yet to see my $10 credit though (you get $5 at signup). i made my purchase on Sun, but i'm sure it depends on the merchant as well.

btw, don't forget you can do both the Ebates AND the Qoolcoins.
i haven't looked into Qoolcoins yet though.
