Estimated Opening of SSR Restaurant ?

Does anyone know when the new restaurant at SSR will be open ? Have they started building it ? I am planning a trip in Oct/Nov and it sure would be nice if it were open by then.

our guide told us the other week it would be open for us going out in July

We were there in mid December (left on the 17th) and I made it a point to walk out to the patio area to see if any construction had been started. Not a thing. Supposedly that is where the restaurant is going to be.
